Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Securely pack your Wield VR products in their original packaging, ensuring all components, cables, and manuals are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
